Soft bed in the good sized and beautifully maintained room. Very very helpful accommodating staff, NICE location in the middle of jackson. So close to the main parks, and restaurants walking distance.

We had a great stay, enjoying nearby Lakeside Park's beautiful views just a short walk away and visiting the charming art gallery just down the street, making our family walks nice and fun.

Staff at Hidden Falls Inn. Janie and Peggy were friendly and personable, always ready to help. The studio room had a clean, new feel, and the view from the breakfast area was beautiful, overlooking the surroundings. The breakfast area staff kept things tidy and helped guests whenever needed. The refrigerator in my room didn't work initially, and it took quite a while to cool down. The breakfast was basic, with not much variety. The lady organizing it was a bit too chatty and intrusive at times, hard for my family to enjoy a peaceful meal together. The pool area was excellent, changing colors and keeping kids entertained, but it could use some heating for those cooler months.

Celebrated our 22nd anniversary at this hidden gem with fine lake views. The room was impeccably clean and the attentive staff really enhanced our experience. Breakfast was good, especially with the quality of premium meats offered. A short stroll to the beautiful lake and shops were great.

Our family had a lovely overnight stay with amazing lake views. The room was clean and well-equipped. Enjoyed a awesome breakfast with a variety of options. Make sure to arrive early for the best selection. The staff could improve on service, but overall, a pleasant getaway.

Great location, service hit or miss

The spot is awesome and the pool with the lake view is a major highlight. Our room was nice overall, but really could've used some better customer service. Had issues with getting an extra bed sorted out, and the breakfast staff weren't very friendly. At least the waffles were decent! Just hope for better service next time.
